- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ everytime i call reception tells me, "i will transfer you to someone who can help you" and every single time you get an answering machine. I have been with them for 7+ years and i am sick of it. I have kids and work when i call its because the only time i have is right then, not when they decide to call me back!.
